Lease terms are typically 12 months. Applicants must be 18 or older, provide proof of income, pass a background and credit screening, and pay an application fee.
What is the application fee and deposit?
The non-refundable application fee is $75 per adult. Security deposits start at $150 for 1-bedrooms and $250 for 2-bedrooms and $350 for 3 bedrooms. Additional deposits may apply based on screening.

Residents are responsible for electricity, internet. Water will be allocated and billed with your rent. Residents can expect to pay about $36.25 for pest control and trash services that will be due with your monthly rent.
